In order to further build an industrial chain with strong competitiveness and ensure the upstream raw materials required by the polyurethane industry and polycarbonate industry, Juhai Branch of Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. plans to invest 1,662,777,100 yuan to build 80,000 standard cubic meters/hour of crude raw materials gas project. The main construction of the project includes production equipment such as coal preparation, gasification, transformation and heat recovery, low-temperature methanol washing, gas separation, compression refrigeration, carbon dioxide compression, sulfur recovery, auxiliary production equipment such as oxygen removal and torch, circulating water, power substation, Rainwater tanks, cabinet rooms and other public works installations, drainage pumping stations, plant water supply and drainage, plant fire protection and other plant public systems, off-site projects such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen outside the factory, safety and environmental protection facilities, etc.
The raw material gas (CO+H2) produced by the project is all used in the company's downstream TDI device and PC device, not for sale; at the same time, the by-product steam is incorporated into the steam pipeline network of Cangzhou Dahua Juhai Branch, and the by-product concentrated sulfuric acid It is available for the isocyanate plant, ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant and BPA plant of Juhai Branch, but not for sale.
