Bureau of Statistics: Thermal coal prices continued to rise in early July while coking coal remained stable

Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on the 14th showed that coal prices across the country rose more in the first ten days of July. The specific price changes of various coal types are as follows:

The price of anthracite (washed medium, volatile content ≤ 8%) was 1184.2 yuan/ton, an increase of 93.4 yuan/ton or 8.6% over the previous period.

The price of ordinary mixed coal (a mixture of fine coal and lump coal in Shanxi, with a calorific value of 4500 kcal) was 649.7 yuan/ton, an increase of 19.1 yuan/ton, or 3.0%, from the previous period.

The price of Shanxi mixed coal (good quality mixed coal, calorific value 5,000 kcal) is 748.6 yuan/ton, an increase of 21.0 yuan/ton, or 2.9%, from the previous period.

The price of Shanxi excellent mixed coal (high-quality mixed coal with a calorific value of 5500 kcal) is 848.6 yuan/ton, an increase of 22.2 yuan/ton or 2.7% from the previous period.

The price of coking coal (main coking coal, sulfur content <1%) is 1675.0 yuan/ton, which is the same as that of the previous period.

From the above data, it can be seen that in the first ten days of July, the price of thermal coal continued its upward trend in late June; the price of coking coal remained stable;
