On July 5, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized a mid-to-long-term contract performance scheduling meeting for peak summer electricity coal. The meeting conveyed the implementation of the National Development and Reform Commission's deployment of the medium and long-term contract performance of thermal coal, and notified the performance of medium and long-term thermal coal contracts in the province. Speeches were made by the Gan Power Generation Group Corporation, the three major coal industry group companies in the province, and relevant coal distribution companies in Xinjiang. Provincial Development and Reform Commission coal, price and other departments attended the meeting.
The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to do a good job in the work of ensuring supply during the summer peak, implement the deployment of the National Development and Reform Commission on normalizing the signing of medium and long-term power coal contracts to "look back", and continue to strengthen monitoring of the performance of medium and long-term contracts monitor. It is necessary to further improve the level of power delivery, and enhance the thermal coal consumption capacity of thermal power enterprises on the basis of stable inventory. Both electric power and coal enterprises should strictly follow the contract and undertake equal responsibilities to promote the sustainable development of upstream and downstream enterprises.
