Project Name: Inner Mongolia Lvneng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. Phase II Construction Project of Comprehensive Utilization of Silicon-containing Materials
Construction site: Inner Mongolia Lvneng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.'s existing factory in Tumote Right Banner New Industrial Park, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. Newborn Farm.
Construction Unit: Inner Mongolia Lvneng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.
Environmental impact assessment agency: Inner Mongolia Junhuan Technology Co., Ltd.
Project Overview: The scale of this expansion is to produce 9,000 tons of crystalline industrial silicon per year. Add 2 sets of series resonant intermediate frequency electric furnaces, build 4 new energy-saving drying kilns, and remove the existing screening process.
Main environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts:
1. Exhaust gas: the dust generated during the drying process is treated by a wet dust collector and then dried gas exhaust gas (with a low-nitrogen burner) is discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe, and the dust and gas are dried The emission of particulate matter in the exhaust gas must meet the special emission limit requirements for air pollutants in Table 6 of the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Ferroalloy Industry" (GB28666-2012), and the emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides must meet the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297- 1996) in Table 2 of the new pollution source air pollutant discharge limit level two requirements; the smelting flue gas is collected through the gas collection hood + pipeline to the positive pressure bag filter for treatment, and then discharged through the 15m high discharge port of the dust collector, and the particulate matter discharge is guaranteed to meet Special discharge standard limits of air pollutants in Table 6 of "Ferroalloy Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standards" (GB28666-2012), nitrogen oxide emissions ensure to meet the new pollution source air in Table 2 of "Comprehensive Emission Standards of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) Pollutant discharge limit level two requirements; the particulate matter generated by pouring is collected by the gas collecting hood and then sent to the bag filter for treatment and then discharged through the 15m exhaust pipe. Table 6 Special emission standard limits for air pollutants.
The fugitive particulate matter in the production process in the production workshop during the operation period passes through the fully enclosed workshop, sprinkles water to suppress dust and reduces the fugitive emission of particulate matter, and the particulate matter discharge meets the relevant table 7 in the "Ferroalloy Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB28666-2012) The standard limit value, the fugitive emission of nitrogen oxides meets the monitoring concentration limit requirements of fugitive emission of particulate matter in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
2. Wastewater: The condensed water of the drying system is reused in the circulating cooling system and not discharged; the sewage from the circulating water station and the domestic sewage treated by the septic tank are transported to the sewage treatment plant of Shansheng Company. The construction unit has obtained The agreement of Shansheng Sewage Treatment Plant to accept the sewage of this project was signed.
3. Noise: The noise during the operation of this project is mainly the noise generated by various equipment such as smelting furnaces and fans. They all meet Category 3 of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises", and are lower than 65dB(A) during the day and lower than 55dB(A) at night.
4. Solid waste: The general solid waste generated by this project includes ① silicon slag generated in the smelting process, which is sold as a deoxidizer for steelmaking ② waste electrodes generated in the smelting process are temporarily stored in the general solid waste temporary storage room, and the manufacturer Regularly recycle ③The waste refractory materials produced in the smelting process are temporarily stored in the general solid waste temporary storage room and sold as building materials on a regular basis ④The smelting process and dust collector dust in the casting system are reused in the production process ⑤Wet dust collector in the drying system The sludge is reused in the production process. Hazardous waste is the engine oil that needs to be replaced regularly during the operation of the production equipment. After being produced, it is placed in the passivated iron pass and temporarily stored in the hazardous waste temporary storage room. Qualified units regularly come to the door for transportation and disposal.
Household garbage is collected and disposed of in a unified manner on a regular basis after being collected in trash bins.
