Waterproof mortar and waterproof concrete mixed with waterproofing agents are mainly used in underground engineering of industrial and civil buildings, water storage structures and water intake structures in rivers, as well as projects with alternating dry-wet or freeze-thaw effects such as bridge piers, Taiwan, harbor terminals and other hydraulic structures.
Chloride-containing waterproofing agents can be used in plain concrete and reinforced concrete projects, but are strictly prohibited in prestressed concrete projects.
