1. There are two types of quick-setting agents: powder and liquid. The moisture content of powdery quick-setting agent cannot be greater than 2%, and the fineness should be finer than cement, that is, the 0.08mm sieve residue should be less than 15%. Cement mortar mixed with quick-setting agent should initially set within 3-5 minutes and final set within 8-12 minutes. Although the compressive strength of the mortar is reduced compared with the benchmark mortar, it should not be lower than 70-75%.
2. It is mainly used for shotcrete and is a necessary admixture for shotcrete. Its function is to make the concrete sprayed on the rock initially set within 2-5 minutes and final set within 10 minutes, and produce High early strength; no failure when used at low temperatures; small shrinkage of concrete; corrosion of steel bars. A small amount of accelerating setting agent is often used as setting regulating agent. Accelerating setting agents are also suitable for leak plugging and rescue work.
3. Powdered accelerating setting agents include sodium aluminate plus sodium carbonate; there are accelerating setting agents such as sulfoaluminate plus alum mud. Liquid accelerating setting agent: sodium silicate accelerating setting early strength agent, which contains a small amount of inorganic salts to reduce viscosity, freezing point, etc.; sodium aluminate liquid accelerating setting agent.
