According to data released by the General Administration of Customs, in 2022, my country imported a total of 1.3737 million tons of ABS resin, a year-on-year decrease of 21.74%.

At this stage, the largest ABS resin companies include Chimei Chemical, Taiwan Chemical Plastics, LG Chem, LG Yongxing, Doublestar Plastics, Ineos, etc. Foreign ABS resin companies have occupied most of my country’s market by virtue of their early start, advanced production technology, and excellent product quality. However, in recent years, my country’s ABS resin companies have developed rapidly, and the gap between production technology and international advanced technology has gradually narrowed, and domestic substitution is expected to be realized in the future.

Industry analysts said that with the rapid development of my country’s ABS resin market, downstream terminal market demand is gradually developing in a differentiated and personalized direction. , the demand for ABS resin product performance and product types has changed.
