On August 15, the review meeting of the feasibility study report of Funenghua’s nylon 66 series project was successfully held in Tianchen Company. 16 industry-related experts formed an expert group to conduct a comprehensive review of the project feasibility study report. Fujian Energy and Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., Tianchen Company and other relevant leaders and experts attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the project team of Tianchen Company made a detailed report on the feasibility study results of the project. The expert group focused on the construction necessity, product plan, technical feasibility, raw material source, construction conditions and other contents, and agreed that the nylon 66 series project is a project that focuses on the field of new chemical materials at home and abroad, and belongs to the national industry. The construction and development of the “shortcomings” project supported by policies and the “14th Five-Year Plan” is of great significance. The content and depth of the preparation of the project feasibility study report basically meet the relevant requirements of the “Methods for the Preparation of the Feasibility Study Report of Chemical Investment Projects”, and the overall layout of each device and the setting of public and auxiliary facilities are basically reasonable.
Funenghua’s nylon 66 series project is another industrialization project of Tianchen’s proprietary butadiene-based adiponitrile technology, which will be further optimized and upgraded on the basis of the existing industrialization.
In 2022, Fuhua Gulei Petrochemical’s 200,000 tons of hexamethylene diamine, 300,000 tons of adipic acid and 400,000 tons of nylon 66 projects will be accepted for EIA documents.
The total investment of the project is 8.36 billion. The construction site is located in Zhangzhou Gulei Petrochemical Base, covering an area of 740848.45m2. The planned construction period is from December 2022 to December 2025.
The production scale includes 200,000 tons of hexamethylenediamine, 300,000 tons of adipic acid and 400,000 tons of nylon 66. The main production facilities include nitric acid plant, cyclohexanol plant, adipic acid plant, hexamethylenediamine plant, methylpentane
