On June 29, the first phase of the Mengxi pipeline project, a key national natural gas interconnection project, was successfully put into operation. This is my country's first natural gas main pipeline directly to Xiong'an.

The Mengxi pipeline has a total length of 1,279 kilometers and passes through four provinces, autonomous regions and cities including Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei and Tianjin. The first phase of the Mengxi pipeline project put into operation this time has a total length of 413.5 kilometers, starting from the Tianjin LNG Lingang distribution station and ending at the Dingxing distribution station in Baoding, Hebei.

Since the beginning of this year, the National Pipeline Network Group has focused on strengthening the energy production, supply, storage and sales system and the construction of security capabilities in the energy field, and has continued to weave a "one national network" in the process of accelerating project construction.
