Coal prices rose slightly in Guangxi in the first week of June

According to the Ministry of Commerce's important means of production market monitoring system, this week (May 29-June 4, 2023), the coal price in Guangxi was 1618.67 yuan/ton, a month-on-month increase of 0.2%. Among them: the price of anthracite was 1,349 yuan/ton, a month-on-month increase of 1.4%; the price of bituminous coal was 1,753.5 yuan/ton, a month-on-month decrease of 0.2%. Reason analysis: The weather in the whole region continues to be hot this week, the demand for electricity from enterprises and civilians is improving, the electricity consumption in the society is increasing, the daily consumption of electricity and coal is increasing, and the market price is rising along with the demand. As the temperature gradually rises and the coal consumption increases day by day, it is expected that the price of coal will continue to increase in the later period.
