Inner Mongolia Zhenyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. 82,100 tons, Huolingol Chuangyuan Faxiang Aluminum Co., Ltd. 100,000 tons, Huolingol Qiyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. 140,000 tons, Huolingol City Chuangjin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. 100,000 tons (hereinafter referred to as: Zhenyuan, Chuangyuan Faxiang, Qiyuan, Chuangjin), a total of 422,100 tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity respectively by Shanxi Zhenxing Group Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Faxiang Aluminum Co., Ltd., Shandong Zouping Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Zunyi Jinlan (Group) Weiming Aluminum Co., Ltd. were transferred in and used for the construction of the electrolytic aluminum project of Inner Mongolia Chuangyuan Metal Co., Ltd. In accordance with the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Creating a Good Market Environment to Promote the Adjustment of the Structure of the Non-ferrous Metals Industry, Promoting the Transformation and Increasing Benefits” (Guo Ban Fa [2016] No. 42) and “The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprises Through Mergers and Reorganizations” According to the relevant requirements of the Notice on the Implementation of Matters Related to Capacity Replacement, Zhenyuan, Chuangyuanfaxiang, Qiyuan, and Chuangjin have announced the withdrawal of 422,100 tons of electrolytic aluminum capacity replacement plans, and the public is welcome to supervise.
