Taking the propane dehydrogenation device as an example, the hydrogen-rich tail gas produced by the device is transported to the carbon black production device through pipelines, which can be used as fuel for the carbon black reactor; the tail gas generated by the carbon black is sent to the tail gas boiler to produce high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and then sent to the propane dehydrogenation device. The hydrogen device is used as the driving power of the compressor, and the waste heat and pressure can continue to be converted into electrical energy for use by the device.

In terms of raw material storage, Jinneng Chemical has built a propane cavern with a capacity of 600,000 cubic meters at a depth of 150 meters underground in the factory area. Propane is berthed and unloaded at Dongjiakou Wharf by large ships, and is directly transported to caverns through special chemical pipelines, avoiding the safety risks and energy costs of traditional tank truck transportation and loading and unloading.

In the future, Jinneng will also simultaneously use the tidal flats in Qiziwan sea area around Muguan Island to build offshore photovoltaic power generation, provide clean energy alternatives for new materials and high-end chemicals, save energy consumption indicators, and reduce carbon dioxide and pollutant emissions. After the completion of the third phase of the project, the total investment of the project will reach 50.5 billion yuan, and the annual output value will reach 52.4 billion yuan, forming a "C3+C4+photovoltaic+hydrogen" green low-carbon high-end chemical industry chain, helping Qingdao's high-end chemical industry to move towards a world-class level.
