TPE. This TPE range has up to 35% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) content (depending on hardness).
This new sustainable TPE has entered the consumer goods market and is now being used by The First Thai Brush Co. Ltd, a leading Thai toothbrush manufacturer, for its new
Victory toothbrush.
New sustainable TPE compounds have properties needed to make advanced toothbrushes, including aesthetics, safety, compliance, durability, versatility and sustainability. Additionally, the material solution complies with food contact regulatory standards
(FDA) CFR21, REACH SVHC and RoHS.
Additionally, the addition of a sustainable TPE portfolio allows First Thai Brush Co. Ltd to fine-tune its commitment to environmental stewardship.

Design and comfort of the toothbrush
The Victory Toothbrush from First Thai Brush Co. Ltd has soft, thin, tapered bristles for a deep clean on teeth and gums.
Using Japanese technology, the brush head is wider and the handle is longer, allowing users to reach deeper into the mouth for a thorough oral cleaning.
The toothbrush handle is made of TPE material, which is soft to the touch, anti-off and non-slip, and provides a firm grip for more thorough cleaning.
Available in translucent and natural colors, the family of compounds includes a variety of tinting options, including color effects, for more flexibility in product design.
Good adhesion to PP
Selected sustainable TPEs from KRAIBURG TPE have good encapsulation properties for PP resins, are available in a hardness range from 30 Shore A to 90 Shore A and are available in various options depending on the application requirements.
In addition, this TPE series has good mechanical properties, a non-sticky surface and is temperature stable up to 80°C, making it an ideal alternative to EPDM, PVC-P and elastomers.
