A few days ago, the gasification unit of Ningxia Guanneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd.’s polymer, biodegradable materials and upstream supporting industrial chain projects started smoothly. The total frame height of the device is 67.5 meters, which is a very important part of the BDO production process.
This project is Ningxia Lingyun Group’s implementation of high-quality construction and scientific operation, creating a chain main project of “high-end industry, green intelligence, and element integration”, which will play a demonstration role in the cross-border transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the region. The project is jointly constructed by Jinhaiyi (Hong Kong) International, Jiangsu Suneng Investment Group, and Ningxia Lingyun Group. Jinhaiyi provides BDO equipment, Jiangsu Suneng is responsible for sales or modification, and Ningxia Lingyun provides raw material calcium carbide.
Previously, Ningxia Lingyun Group signed a contract with the Pingluo County Government on April 28, 2022, and initiated the establishment of Ningxia Guanneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The “polymer, biodegradable materials and upstream supporting industrial chain project” thus settled in Hongyazi Industrial Park, Pingluo County, mainly producing NMP, PBT/PBAT, PTMEG, spandex and other products. The estimated total investment of the project is 16.71 billion yuan, and the fixed investment is 15.91 billion yuan. Among them, the estimated fixed investment of the first phase project is 5.46 billion yuan, the estimated fixed investment of the second phase project is 8.5 billion yuan, and the total investment of the 400MW wind power generation and 6×5000m3/h electrolysis water hydrogen production project is 1.95 billion yuan.
It is understood that the first phase of the project is planned to be completed in June 2024, including the main construction of 200,000 tons/year BDO, 120,000 tons/year PTMEG, 120,000 tons/year spandex, 120,000 tons/year PBT, and 100MW photovoltaic power generation. The second phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in December 2025, of which the main construction is 300,000 tons/year BDO, 120,000 tons/year
PTMEG, 180,000 tons/year spandex, 100,000 tons/year NMP, 100MW photovoltaic power generation and 6×5000m³/h electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen.
