On May 4, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yunfu City, Guangdong Province announced the environmental impact of the construction project of Guangdong Golden Phoenix Chemical Coatings Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 60,000 tons of synthetic resins, coatings, inks, adhesives and coating thinners Report Acceptance Announcement.
It is reported that the project takes the good development of the resin, paint, ink and adhesive market as an opportunity, with a total investment of 150 million yuan, including 3 million yuan for environmental protection. The project was newly built by Guangdong Golden Phoenix Chemical Coatings Co., Ltd., and the site is located in the industrial transfer industrial park of Dawan Town, Yunan County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province B06-1-B plot, with a total area of 20698.65m2. The project has a fixed staff of 50 people, and the annual working days are 260 days.
After the project is put into operation, the annual output of various synthetic resins will be 23,000 tons (including 6,000 t/a of modified silicone resin, 7,000 t/a of polyhelium curing agent, 2,000 t/a of acrylic resin, and UV light-curable resin 3000t/a, water-based polyurethane resin 5000t/a), various coatings 26500t/a (including water-based polyurethane coating 4000t/a, polyurethane coating 6000t/a, unsaturated polyester coating 5000t/a, amino resin coating 4500t/a, marine antifouling coating 2000t/a, industrial coating 2000t/a, UV photocuring coating 3000t/a), various adhesives 2000t/a (including 500t/a epoxy resin adhesive, 500t/a polyurethane hot melt adhesive, 1000t/a water-based acrylic resin adhesive), various inks 1500t/a (including water-based polyurethane ink 500t/a, vegetable oil-based ink 500t/a, UV light-curable ink 500t/a), paint thinner 7000t/a (including unsaturated resin paint thinner 2000t/a, amino resin paint thinner 2000t/a, polyurethane resin paint thinner 3000t/a).
