Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of Xinjiang Qitai Smart Energy Equipment Industrial Park project was held in Lama Huliang Industrial Park, Qitai County.
Xinjiang Qitai Smart Energy Equipment Industrial Park project has a total investment of 11.64 billion yuan, which consists of wind power equipment, hydrogen production equipment, “liquid sunshine” green hydrogen and green methanol and other industries, specifically including “six major bases, four central parks + ‘liquid sunshine’ ‘Green Hydrogen Green Methanol Project Park’.
The overall planning of the industrial park is divided into three phases:
Phase I planning to achieve an annual output of 400 sets of intelligent wind turbine equipment, 200 sets of wind power towers, 300 sets of large-scale electrolysis water hydrogen production equipment, 400 sets of nacelle cover shrouds, and 400 sets of electrical systems , completed the “Green Hydrogen Green Methanol Phase I Project of 50,000 tons”;
Phase II planning Build an annual output of 800 sets of wind power blades, a wind power equipment research and development center, a full power testing center, a semi-physical simulation center, and an intelligent operation and maintenance center for wind and solar farms, and build the second phase of “Green Hydrogen Green Methanol 100,000 tons of engineering”;
Third Phase Planning Completed the “Green Hydrogen Green Methanol 300,000 Tons Project” project.
It is planned to complete the production of the first batch of green hydrogen and green methanol before August 30, 2024!
The Xinjiang Qitai Smart Energy Equipment Industrial Park project is an important strategic layout for the development of CRRC’s wind power industry, and it is the first new energy equipment project of CRRC Wind Power in Xinjiang.
