Project overview: The project mainly constructs PDH, polycarbonate alcohol, neopentyl glycol, supporting air separation, syngas plant, syngas purification and other process devices, as well as storage and transportation projects, public works, auxiliary projects, and service facilities supporting the process devices engineering and off-site engineering. After the project is completed, it will form an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of hydrogen/900,000 tons of propylene/800,000 tons of new polycarbonate alcohol chemical materials and integrated projects of hydrogen energy utilization. The products involved include propylene, hydrogen, n-butanol, and iso-octanol , n-butyraldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, recovery of C-8 mixed alcohols, recovery of refined C-12 mixed alcohols, neopentyl glycol, liquid argon, sulfur, etc.
On January 3, the commencement ceremony of the third phase of Satellite Energy's 10 billion project and the launching ceremony of Pinghu City's "big catch project" was held in Dushan Port Economic Development Zone. This also blew the charge and rallying call for Pinghu City to grasp projects and fight for the economy.
The total land area of the project is about 496 mu, and the total investment is about 10.2 billion yuan. It mainly builds PDH, polycarbonate alcohol, neopentyl glycol, supporting air separation, synthesis gas equipment, synthesis gas purification and other process equipment, as well as storage and transportation supporting the process equipment. Engineering, public works, auxiliary engineering, service engineering and off-site engineering. After the project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 15.6 billion yuan, the annual profit will exceed 2 billion yuan, the annual tax revenue will exceed 1 billion yuan, the average investment per mu will be 17 million yuan, and the average tax revenue per mu will exceed 2 million yuan.
Zhejiang Satellite Energy has previously built two phases of propane dehydrogenation (PDH) production capacity totaling 900,000 tons, both using UOP technology. After the completion of the third phase, the company's propane dehydrogenation (PDH) production capacity will reach 1.8 million tons per year.
