The total investment of the second phase of Yongrong Technology CPL project is 8 billion yuan, and the total investment of the overall project is 15 billion yuan. It is jointly funded and constructed by Yongrong Group, one of China's top 500 state-owned enterprises, and Fujian Provincial Investment and Development Group, a large state-owned enterprise in the province and city, and Putian State Investment Group. And other design units participated in the design, including dozens of China Chemical Construction, Four Chemical Construction, Sixth Chemical Construction, Sixteen Chemical Construction, Jiangsu Yuanyou, Sichuan Electric Power Construction, Long'an, Zhe'an, Shenzhen Haitian, Hunan Xinjincheng, etc. Participating units undertake the construction. The project adopts the industry-leading fourth-generation hydration and ammoximation technology, and realizes real-time visualization and digital intelligent management through the world's advanced digital intelligent safety and production control system, ensuring the production of high-quality caprolactam in terms of technology and equipment.

The main production units of the second-phase project of Fujian Yongrong Technology Caprolactam Project include two sets of 200,000 tons/year alkenyl cyclohexanone plants and two sets of 200,000 tons/year caprolactam plants. The supporting production equipment includes a 40,000 m3/h coal-to-hydrogen and 300,000-ton/year coal-to-synthetic ammonia unit, two 200,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide plants (35%), and a 500,000-ton/year sulfuric acid plant.
