It is planned to complete the construction in June this year; in addition, the Shandong base project is under construction in an orderly manner.
The photoelectric performance of Qicai Chemical’s perovskite cells has reached the domestic advanced level. Currently, the project is purchasing and improving the pilot test equipment, and the progress is smooth.
The Shandong base project of Qicai Chemical, the main products of the first phase are isophthalonitrile, terephthalonitrile and other products. The project of resin materials and thermoplastic elastomers for new electronic components mainly focuses on products such as polyurethane and e-resin. Chinese products have been evaluated by customers in the fields of construction machinery seals, papermaking machinery equipment, transmission and transmission. Pilot products have achieved tonnage sales in two companies in Germany and the United States, and related projects are continuing to advance. For the domestic market, establish a comprehensive product evaluation system and application technology, and cooperate with customers in material evaluation and processing. At present, many customers are carrying out product certification at the same time, and the evaluation results are good. The company will fully promote the industrialization of the project, and it is planned to complete the construction in June 2023.
The special nylon (MXD6) project has entered the scale of pilot production, and the company is actively promoting industrialization construction, which is planned to be completed by the end of 2023. Due to its excellent high temperature resistance, barrier properties and dimensional stability, it is especially suitable for heat-resistant parts, thin-walled products and high barrier films, etc. It is mainly used in the automotive industry, electrical and electronic fields, and packaging films.
