The bending modulus of profiles made of ordinary glass fibers can reach more than 40GPa, and that of high-modulus glass fibers can reach more than 50GPa. The increase in the rigidity of the frame can significantly reduce the deformation of the photovoltaic module when it is under load.

The position control of the mold core is more precise under the full yarn process, the position of the mold core is close to the curing area, and the deviation of the product wall thickness is ≤0.15mm; after the profiles are assembled through corner codes, there are no steps and no gaps in the connection position.

Evenly dispersed glass fibers can be infiltrated by polyurethane resin quickly. The efficient infiltration process can support high-speed production of profiles. The manufacturing rate can reach more than 1m/min, and the straightness of continuous production profiles is ≤1mm/2m.
