It is reported that the belt coal baffle used in the tail of the transportation system of the company in the past was welded into a coal baffle frame with channel steel, the upper part was welded to the coal baffle frame with a thick iron plate, and the lower part was made of waste belt into a suitable size coal baffle The leather is fixed on the steel plate with screws to cover the raw coal. Although the cost of the waste belt is low, the coal retaining leather wears out quickly during production and use. In the case of a large amount of coal, the coal retaining leather needs to be replaced after 2-3 days of operation. , not only the amount of maintenance is large, but also the coal retaining skin will fall off, causing the coal hopper to be blocked and the belt to be scratched, which poses a certain safety hazard.
In order to solve this problem, the team finally adopted polyurethane boards instead of steel coal retaining boards through many researches and practices. During the experiment, three polyurethane plastic plates were installed at the tail of the aircraft, and each plate was fixed on the channel steel, and the channel steel was fixed on the column, which strengthened the impact of large gangue and large amount of coal on the coal retaining plate. protective effect. In order to prevent the sharp corners of the coal baffle from scratching the belt, the sharp corners should be rounded before installation. After being put into use, the expected effect is achieved, which marks the success of the upgrade and transformation test of the integrated modular lap joint.
