For industrial and commercial users with a capacity of more than 50 kilowatts, the peak and valley periods are divided into peak periods: 10:00 to 12:00, 15:00 to 21:00; flat section: 7:00 to 21:00 10:00, 12:00 to 15:00, 21:00 to 23:00; trough period: 23:00 to 7:00 the next day. The main change is to optimize and adjust the original morning peak hours to 1 hour and evening peak hours to 2 hours and evening peak hours to 6 hours.
Adjust the peak electricity price mechanism. For large industrial users, the peak hour electricity price will be 20% higher than the peak hour electricity price. The adjusted peak electricity price period is July and August in summer, peak hours: 15:00 to 17:00; winter January and December, peak hours: 19:00 to 21:00. The main change is that the implementation month of peak electricity price is adjusted from 2 months to 4 months.
In addition, the changes have adjusted the electricity price. Large-scale commercial users cancel the implementation of the comprehensive average electricity price during peak load periods in summer and winter. During the peak load periods of January, July, August and December in summer and winter, for large-scale commercial users with a dedicated transformer capacity of 2,000 kVA and above, the original time-of-use electricity price and catalog electricity price for commercial users in Sichuan Province will no longer be referred to For the average difference, the average electricity price shall be implemented, and the peak and valley time-of-use electricity price shall be implemented. The market-oriented response price adjustment on the demand side is adjusted from the original 0.4 yuan/kWh to "the upper and lower limits are tentatively set at 3 yuan/kwh and 0 yuan/kwh".
