On May 26, the 12,000-ton offshore oil and gas platform——Bozhong 19-6 gas field center platform was completed in Qingdao. A number of technologies on the platform have been pioneered. After being put into production within this year, it can provide stable and reliable clean energy and chemical products for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Bohai Rim region.
The central platform of Bozhong 19-6 gas field is an 8-leg multifunctional integrated offshore oil and gas platform integrating production and living. The platform is 32 meters high, 65 meters long, and 56 meters wide. The projected area is nearly 9 standard basketball courts size. The platform includes production equipment such as triethylene glycol absorption tower, flash steam compressor, and a living building that can accommodate 120 people to work at the same time, with a total weight of more than 12,000 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of 10,000 family cars.
Xue Dongsheng, Deputy Manager of COOEC Bozhong 19-6 Project: The platform is equipped with two sets of natural gas deep dehydration devices independently designed and assembled for the first time in China. Under the environment of -38 ℃, there will be no water precipitation, and the technical capability has reached the international leading level, which can greatly improve the stable gas supply capacity of the oil field.
The total length of the central platform pipeline is 29,000 meters, more than two-thirds of the marathon length. Most of the pipelines are high-pressure and thick-walled pipelines, which are difficult to construct and require high welding requirements. Taking a 24-inch natural gas pipeline as an example, two experienced welders took turns to work for 3 days to complete a welding joint. The total number of platform welds is 36,000, and the final inspection pass rate is 100%.
Chen Tao, project leader of the Engineering Construction Center of CNOOC Tianjin Branch: The designed annual oil and gas processing capacity of the central platform exceeds 5 million tons. , connection, and commissioning work, and is expected to be put into trial production by the end of 2023.
The Bozhong 19-6 gas field, where the central platform of the Bozhong 19-6 gas field is located, is the first large-scale, self-contained 100 billion cubic meter large gas field in eastern my country, with proven natural gas geological reserves exceeding 200 billion cubic meters.
