The base project was announced to start construction in Qi County, Hebi City on January 28, 2023
The total investment of the Hebi Nylon New Material Industrialization Base project is 11.2 billion yuan, mainly for the construction of automobile airbag assembly production lines, high-end aviation and racing tire cord fabric production lines, high-performance nylon 66 fiber production lines, and special release cloth Production lines, vocational education and training schools, research and development centers, training bases, etc.
After the project is fully completed, it will become the largest production base in the country for airbag yarn, high-speed rail buckle accessories, wind power release cloth, military equipment, etc., forming a complete ecological industrial chain from nylon 66 industrial yarn to various end products.
Qi County Special Nylon Town: As the industrial chain leader of the nylon town, China Fiber Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. produces nylon 66 ultra-fine denier industrial yarn, nylon 66 industrial staple fiber products, nylon 66 high-strength A variety of products such as dyed yarn have filled the gaps in the domestic industry, and it is the only private enterprise in China that produces nylon 66 airbag yarn.
At present, the development pattern of “one area and four parks” of core raw materials, sophisticated military products, high-end industrial products, and colorful civilian products in nylon town has gradually matured; from slicing, spinning to semi-finished products and then to finished products, the town’s industrial chain increasingly perfect.
Tianchen Qixiang 1 million tons/year nylon new material industry base
On August 19, 2019, the foundation stone laying ceremony of China Chemical Tianchen Qixiang’s 1 million tons/year nylon new material industrial base was held in Zibo, marking a key milestone step in the industrialization of “adiponitrile”.
The main structure of the building will be capped at the end of 2020, the first set of equipment will be handed over in October 2021, and the acrylonitrile and hexamethylenediamine units will be successfully put into operation in March 2022… The project has completed construction, mechanical completion, and multi-device trial production. A series of tasks, the whole process was successfully completed in July 2022, adiponitrile was successfully started up and high-grade products were produced.
Pingdingshan National Nylon New Material High-tech Industrialization Base
In 2016, Pingdingshan City made a high-level plan and decided to cooperate with Pingmei Shenma Group to build China Nylon City and make every effort to build a 100 billion-level nylon new material industrial base.
At present, the production capacity of various nylon new material products in Pingdingshan City has reached 2.4 million tons per year, of which nylon 66 industrial yarn has a global market share of 37%, ranking first in the world. The production capacity of nylon 66 salt and engineering plastics is the first in Asia, and the production capacity of adipic acid is the second in Asia.
During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the Pingdingshan Nylon New Material Concentration Zone planned a total investment of about 50 billion yuan for 1 million tons/year of caprolactam, 1 million tons/year of nylon slices, intelligent upgrading of nylon cord fabrics, and 100,000 tons/year Nylon civil yarn, high-grade nylon fabric industrial park, 80,000 tons/year printing and dyeing center, nylon deep processing park, fine chemical industrial park and other 8 key projects with major strategic support. By the end of 2025, 100 projects will be completed and put into operation in the agglomeration area, the industrial scale will exceed 100 billion yuan, the production capacity of nylon products will reach 4 million tons per year, and the output value of pharmaceutical and fine chemicals will exceed 20 billion yuan.
