In 2004, he joined Henkel to provide technical service support. In 2006, he joined 3M Company as a technical director. In 2011, he joined Momentive Group. Deeply cultivated in various adhesive products, thermal management materials and other fields. He has many years of business team management and marketing team management experience in the fields of new energy vehicles, consumer electronics, communications, aerospace, and display.
