Municipal Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Subsidy Policies
Focus on supporting circular economy demonstration projects. Support enterprises’ industrial chain extension projects based on the principle of “reduction, reuse, and recycling” to achieve a demonstration effect of high utilization and low emissions. It can be quantitatively calculated, and has the effect or benefit project of water saving, material saving and comprehensive utilization of resources.
Application conditions and reward standards:
The project will be constructed after January 1, 2021 (inclusive), and has been completed and put into production. Among them, the resource comprehensive utilization project needs to reach more than 70% of production, and the saving rate or improvement rate reaches more than 20%. Among them, the annual water consumption of water-saving transformation projects reaches 50%
More than 10,000 tons, the water saving must reach more than 100,000 tons. A subsidy of 100,000 yuan will be given to projects with an investment of 500,000 to 1,000,000 yuan (inclusive), and a subsidy of 200,000 yuan will be given to projects with an investment of more than 1 million yuan.

Provincial and municipal green development and construction incentive policies
Focus on supporting energy efficiency, water efficiency “leaders”, green factories, green supply chain management demonstrations, circular economy demonstrations and other enterprises, and enterprises that have passed the industry standard conditions for the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources and voluntary clean production audits to carry out energy-saving publicity activities.
Application conditions and reward standards:
The evaluation and recognition time is after January 1, 2022 (inclusive).
200,000 yuan will be awarded to enterprises that have passed the industry standard conditions for the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the provincial level.
For national-level green factories and green supply chain management enterprises, provincial funds will reward each enterprise with 300,000 yuan, and municipal funds will give a matching reward of 30% of the provincial reward funds.
For the demonstration enterprises included in the provincial circular economy and passed the inspection, the city-level funds will give each company a reward of 200,000 yuan.
Deadline for online application of the above projects: May 14, 2023. Deadline for submitting paper and electronic materials: May 17, 2023.
