Recently, the first large-scale equipment of the amide and nylon new material project of Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd. was hoisted in place.
At the construction site of the amide and nylon new material project, two large cranes worked together to successfully hoist the sulfuric acid plant sulfur incinerator waste heat boiler shell into place. The furnace shell has a total length of 14 meters and is composed of 95T and 150T two-section shells, which are the main facilities for heat recovery.
The hoisting of the waste heat boiler is the first hoisting of a relatively large-scale equipment in this project. After the hoisting and placement, the installation of steam drums, safety devices and pipelines will be carried out immediately. In order to ensure smooth hoisting, the project department has assigned special personnel to be responsible for the large-scale transportation, to achieve unified coordination from the transportation route to the on-site hoisting. Go all out, strive for excellence and seize efficiency.
It is reported that the total investment of the project is 14.5 billion yuan, and the site is located in Yaojiagang Chemical Industry Park, Zhijiang, Yichang, Hubei. The main construction contents include: 400,000 tons/year caprolactam project: 1 million tons/year sulfuric acid plant, 560,000 tons/year Hydrogen peroxide (50%) plant (Phase 1: 400,000 tons/year, Phase 2: 160,000 tons/year), 400,000 tons/year caprolactam supporting ammonium sulfate plant and 2 sets of 200,000 tons/year ammonium sulfate extrusion 400,000 tons/year polyamide differentiated new material spinning project: including 400,000 tons/year polymerization device (first-phase scale: 333,000 tons/year), 200,000 tons/year nylon 6 spinning (first-phase scale : 60,000 tons/year); 200,000 tons/year nylon 66 project: including 480,000 tons/year cyclohexanol plant (Phase II: 320,000 tons/year), 465,000 tons/year cyclohexanone plant (Phase II : 135,000 tons/year) and 240,000 tons/year adipic acid, 100,000 tons/year adiponitrile, 100,000 tons/year hexamethylenediamine, 200,000 tons/year nylon 66 and other devices .
