Construction scale and construction content: The construction scale is to produce 180,000 tons/year of γ-butyrolactone, 100,000 tons/year of NMP, 60,000 tons/year of CNT conductive agent and 80 million Nm³/year of hydrogen; the construction content is the main construction γ-butyrolactone plant, N-methylpyrrolidone plant, hydrogen compression purification plant, tank area, research and development center, central control room, etc., supporting the construction of circulating water station, sewage treatment station, emergency pool, air-compressed refrigeration room, incinerator , fire pump room and other public works and auxiliary facilities.

Introduction to Wuheng Chemical
Wuheng Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 815 million yuan. It is a company with a complete industrial chain of "calcium carbide-1.4-butanediol (BDO)-GBL/NMP" and the production and sales of biodegradable materials PBAT/PBS. Sales enterprises, and relying on industrial advantages to carry out technology development, resource recycling services, etc.
The first phase of the 116,000-ton/year BDO project will officially start construction in July 2021, and will be officially put into trial production in July 2022. The current device is running stably. The total investment of the first-phase project is 1.248 billion yuan, the new output value is 2.274 billion yuan, and the total profit and tax is 840 million yuan.
The second phase of the project plans to invest 1 billion yuan. The main body of the construction is Wuheng Chemical (Ningxia) Co., Ltd., which will build 2×70,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol plant, 4x13,000 tons/dry acetylene plant, 2x13 10,000 tons/year formaldehyde plant attachments and supporting public works. The second phase of the project will officially start construction in March 2022. After the project is put into operation, Wuheng Chemical Co., Ltd. will become the largest 1,4-butanediol production enterprise in Ningxia.
The overall construction scale of the third phase project is 180,000 tons/year of γ-butyrolactone, 100,000 tons/year of NMP, 60,000 tons/year of CNT conductive agent, 80 million Nm³/year of hydrogen, ancillary devices and supporting public works.
The construction of this project is divided into two phases. The first phase mainly builds 120,000 tons of γ-butyrolactone plant, 50,000 tons of N-methylpyrrolidone plant, 10,000 tons of CNT conductive agent plant, and 80 million Nm³ hydrogen purification plant; the second phase The project mainly adds 60,000 tons of γ-butyrolactone devices, 50,000 tons of N-methyl chirolidone devices, 50,000 tons of CNT conductive agent devices, sewage stations, waste liquid incinerators and other environmental protection projects are all in the first phase of the project Completed, the second phase of the project all relies on the above-mentioned environmental protection projects.
