AkzoNobel and Sherwin-Williams have reached an agreement to acquire the decorative paint business of Sherwin-Williams in China to further strengthen AkzoNobel's layout and influence in the Chinese market. The annual sales of the relevant acquisition business is expected to be about 100 million euros, and it has about 300 related employees. The acquisition intention includes the China Resources paint brand under Sherwin-Williams, which has been deeply involved in the local market for many years and has been widely recognized.
