LONGi Green Energy (601012) announced on April 27 that the company and the Heshan Municipal People's Government signed an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" on November 21, 2022, regarding the company's investment in Heshan City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province with an annual output of 10GW The monocrystalline module project has reached a cooperation intention.
In order to promote the implementation of this project, the 2022 annual meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Investing in the Construction of Heshan 10GW Annual Production Monocrystalline Module Project".
The project is expected to start production in the second quarter of 2024 and reach production at the end of 2024. The total investment is expected to be 1,998.51 million yuan, including construction investment of 994.36 million yuan and working capital of 1,004.15 million yuan.
LONGi Green Energy said that after the project is completed and put into operation, it will further expand the company's high-efficiency monocrystalline module production capacity, optimize the company's production capacity layout, and enhance the company's scale advantage and market competitiveness.
