The marine summer fishing moratorium system is an important fishery resource protection system established in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Fishery Law of the People's Republic of China". At present, the marine summer fishing moratorium system has covered the Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea, the East China Sea, and the South China Sea under the jurisdiction of my country. The fishing moratorium begins on May 1 every year, and the moratorium lasts for three to four and a half months.
