Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on the 27th showed that from January to March 2023, industrial enterprises above designated size across the country achieved operating income of 31.18 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%. The main operating income of mining was 1,567.31 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%.
Among them, the main business income of the coal mining and washing industry was 946.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; the oil and natural gas mining industry was 286.76 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%; the ferrous metal mining and dressing industry was 113.97 billion yuan , a year-on-year decrease of 3.6%; non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry was 81.70 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.0%; non-metal mining and dressing industry was 91.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.1%; other mining industries were 750 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%.
From January to March 2023, the total profits of industrial enterprises above designated size across the country were 1,516.74 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.4% (calculated on a comparable basis). The total profit of the mining industry was 360.45 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8%; the total profit of the manufacturing industry was 1,020.76 billion yuan, a decrease of 29.4%; the total profit of the electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry was 135.54 billion yuan, an increase of 33.2%.
Among them, the coal mining and washing industry realized a total profit of 225.07 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.9%; the oil and gas mining industry realized a total profit of 98.51 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.8%; the ferrous metal mining and dressing industry realized a total profit of 94.6 100 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.9%; the non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry realized a total profit of 19.39 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.8%; the non-metal mining and dressing industry realized a total profit of 8.10 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%.
In addition, from January to March 2023, the operating cost of the national coal mining and washing industry was 583.79 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%. The operating cost of the mining industry was 983.76 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%.
