In March the coal market price in Fujian Province fell steadily

According to the data from the Ministry of Commerce's important means of production monitoring system, in March 2023, the average coal market price of the monitored sample enterprises in Fujian Province was 1584.20 yuan/ton, a month-on-month decrease of 1.6%. Among them, the market price of anthracite was 1424.20 yuan/ton, a month-on-month decrease of 2.0%; the market price of bituminous coal was 1664.20 yuan/ton, a month-on-month decrease of 1.4%. On the whole, the coal market prices of the monitoring sample enterprises in Fujian Province fell steadily and moderately last month. The supply of coal mines was stable in March. As the temperature rose, the demand for coal from power plants weakened, and the enthusiasm for downstream procurement was average, and more rigid demand purchases were maintained. It is expected that the coal market price in Fujian Province will be adjusted steadily due to the influence of changes in supply and demand in the later period.
