After a comprehensive assessment, it was confirmed that the safety risks of 48 parks including Wuhan Chemical Industry Park are C-level (general safety risks), Zhongxiang Shuanghe Chemical Industry Development Park, Shishouzhang Chengyuan Chemical Park, Tianmen High-tech Park Bio-Industrial Park (core area ), Guangshui Chemical Industry Park and other 4 chemical industry parks have a safety risk level of B (higher safety risk), see the attachment for details. All localities should continue to promote the renovation and improvement of chemical parks, and resolutely prevent the safety risks of major hazardous chemicals. For chemical parks with a safety risk level of B, it is necessary to strictly limit the review of new construction and expansion of chemical (hazardous chemicals) construction projects (except for safety and environmental protection technology transformation), and urge them to rectify and meet the standards as soon as possible. For chemical parks with a safety risk level of C, it is necessary to supervise and urge more construction efforts in accordance with the “Ten Prohibitions” standard for chemical parks, and strive to achieve 20% of the chemical parks in the province to reach D level (low safety risk) by the end of 2023, and by the end of 2025 All chemical parks have reached level D.
