In order to overcome these technical problems, the cord fabric company gave full play to the advantages of production, education and research, and jointly tackled key problems, developed a 10,000-ton high-strength polyamide 66 industrial yarn continuous polymerization multi-head direct spinning technology with independent intellectual property rights, and a complete set of high-strength polyamide 66 cord fabric industrialization The technology has been successfully applied to high-end fields such as aerospace and special tire manufacturing; the research and development of new products such as nylon 66 dope dyed carpet yarn, aramid bead and recycled fiber have filled the domestic gap.
In addition, the cord fabric company also takes scientific and technological innovation as the fulcrum to continuously optimize the product structure and increase the proportion of high-profit products. The nylon 66 fine denier yarn developed by the company is widely used in green energy wind power generation, aerospace, automotive airbag production and other fields. In order to ensure the maximum profit of fine denier fibers, the cord fabric company adjusted the existing equipment and changed 12 industrial yarn spinning positions to produce fine denier fibers through technological transformation. After it was put into production in April last year, the product quality was stable, all indicators were controlled at the level of high-quality products, and the production and sales rate reached 100%.
