Among them, the average price of anthracite No. 2 washed lump coal was 855.71 yuan/ton, a decrease of 0.1% month-on-month, and a year-on-year decrease of 10.1%; 11.2%; the average price of 1/3 coking coal for coking coal was 902 yuan/ton, a decrease of 0.1% month-on-month and a year-on-year decrease of 13.1%.
The Department of Commerce of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region stated that with the continuous advancement of the policy of increasing production and ensuring supply, the production capacity of coal enterprises in major production areas has increased, the amount of imported coal has increased, and the market supply capacity has increased. The demand in the downstream market is weak, and the transaction activity is sluggish. Some traders and terminal purchases slowed down, which jointly drove the month-on-month drop in coal prices. It is expected that the coal market will be stable in the near future, and prices will fluctuate.
