According to the data of the General Administration of Customs, from January to July, the import volume of copper concentrate and bauxite was 15.41 million tons and 84.98 million tons respectively, a year-on-year increase of 7.9% and 12.2%; the import volume of unwrought copper and copper products was 3.039 million tons tons, a year-on-year decrease of 10.7%; alumina imports were 889,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 12.3%. The export volume of copper products was 396,000 tons, basically the same as that of the same period last year; the export volume of aluminum products was 3.06 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.1%.
