The main construction content of the project includes: construction of a 240,000-ton/year maleic anhydride plant, a maleic anhydride hydrogenation plant (130,000 tons/year BDO+190,000 tons/year DMS), and a 60,000-ton/year PBS plant , 1 set of 46,000 tons/year PTMEG device, the main buildings and structures include the process unit area, solid-liquid storage and transportation area, central laboratory, air separation and refrigeration nitrogen production station, circulating cooling water station, sewage treatment station, etc. The main equipment includes gas Sub-units, BDO pumps, air compressors, steam turbines, hydrogen boosters, cycle hydrogen compressors, steam compressors, raw material air compressors, heat exchangers, incinerators, etc. The project is designed to produce 147,600 tons of dimethyl succinate (DMS), 34,200 tons of 1,4-butanediol (BDO), 46,000 tons of polytetrahydrofuran (PTMEG), and polybutylene succinate (PBS). 60,000 tons.

Use a part of BDO and DMS to produce polybutylene succinate (PBS) and sell 60,000 tons/year of packaging, and use another part of BDO and tetrahydrofuran (THF) to produce PTMEG 46,000 tons/year are sold outside, and the remaining BDO is used as raw material for the existing PBAT unit. The remaining n-butane in the process is 263,000 tons/year, DMS 143,100 tons/year and by-products C3, C5, γ-butyrolactone (GBL), methyl acetate (MA), etc. are for sale.
