Fengyi Polymer Materials plans to invest 300 million yuan to use the existing production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons of epichlorohydrin for technical transformation, so that it can reach an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of epichlorohydrin, and produce 7881.75 tons of by-products 31% Hydrochloric acid; use the existing AKD production equipment to replace 3,000 tons of solid AKD capacity in the annual output of 30,000 tons of solid AKD with liquid AKD capacity; add a salty wastewater purification device to comprehensively utilize salty wastewater, forming an annual output of 673,595 tons of liquid salt production capacity.
Fengyi Polymer Materials (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd. and Lianyungang Huanhai Chemical Co., Ltd. belong to Yihai Kerry Arowana Grain, Oil and Foodstuff Co., Ltd. Yihai Kerry has made a preliminary plan for the epoxy resin industry, and is realizing the further extension of the glycerin-epichlorohydrin-epoxy resin industry chain. Fengyi has 40,000 tons + 13,000 tons of polyamide curing agent products in Lianyungang and Yichun. Huanhai Chemical has built a 100,000 tons/year glycerin-based epichlorohydrin plant in Lianyungang, with polyamide and epichlorohydrin production capacity are at the forefront of the country.
