On February 22, the East China Technology Center invested and constructed by LG Chem in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province was successfully completed. The total investment of the East China Technology Center project is about 30 billion won (about 159 million yuan), and the total construction area is about 7300 square meters.
In order to provide comprehensive customized technical support to Chinese customers, the technical center is equipped with a test device of the same scale as the customer’s mass production equipment, and only about 7 billion won (about 37 million yuan) has been invested in processing and cutting-edge analysis equipment.
The East China Technology Center will build a complete customer response system including application technology, analysis, and products, and will also provide customized solutions to solve customer pain points, as well as services such as Spec-in, C&C, customer and market analysis.
In addition, the technology center also has professional processing technology strength, especially for solar panel packaging materials, packaging films, electric vehicle materials and other products, and can provide technical solutions from product development to quality improvement, production capacity increase, equipment transformation, etc. .
Xin Xuezhe, CEO of LG Chem, said in his speech at the completion ceremony: “East China Technology Center will be closer to customers, comprehensively provide technical support that best meets local customer needs, and create real value for customers.”
So far, the customer service system centered on Osan, South Korea, South China, and East China has been completed, and LG Chem will provide Chinese customers with the most comprehensive technical support.
