300,000 tons of BDO in Sichuan, the first phase A line will be put into production at the end of the year!

On August 19, the integrated industrial chain project of Sichuan Yongying with an annual output of 800,000 tons of functional new materials located in Nanchong Economic Development Zone is under construction. According to the schedule of project construction, Line A of the first phase of the project will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year.

At present, the progress of various projects of the project is as follows: 85% of the pile foundation work has been completed, and the laying of underground pipelines has been completed for a total of about 675 meters; The formwork for the ring wall of the tank farm has been installed; 50% of the earthwork excavation of the BDO alkynylation unit has been completed, 30% of the pile breaking project has been completed, and the order of long-term key equipment has basically been completed.

It is reported that the first phase of Yongying Project has a planned total investment of 10.4 billion yuan and covers an area of ​​1,400 mu. Up to now, a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan has been completed. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to reach 24 billion yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 3.7 billion yuan, and 5,000 jobs will be provided.

The project revolves around green chemical products and uses natural gas as raw material to produce 1,4-butanediol (BDO for short). The project is constructed in three phases, with a total of 600,000 tons/year of BDO, 500,000 tons/year of PBAT and 300,000 tons/year of spandex. The first phase will build a production scale of 300,000 tons/year of BDO, 60,000 tons/year of PBAT and 60,000 tons/year of PTMEG; the second phase will build a production scale of 300,000 tons/year of BDO; As raw materials, extend downstream to construct the remaining PBAT device, PTMEG device and spandex device.
