Two 5000 cubic meters of BDO product tanks, BDO cabinet room, BDO substation and acetylene transformer The power station and other auxiliary projects have been capped, and the civil engineering foundation of the main installation area is nearing completion, and the steel structure installation and equipment installation stage have fully entered.
Project Overview
Xinye Energy’s 200,000-ton/year BDO project is located in Wujiaqu City. The first phase of the 60,000-ton BDO project was completed and put into operation in 2019. The total investment of the second-phase 140,000-ton BDO project is 2 billion yuan, and the construction period is 18 months. After the project is fully completed, it can realize an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan, a net profit of 700 million yuan, and solve more than 100 jobs.
The project includes calcium carbide storage and crushing, acetylene plant, formaldehyde plant, BYD plant, BDO plant, PSA plant, sewage renovation (excluding reclaimed water reuse, concentrated brine, crystallization and salt separation plant), instrument air and nitrogen buffer tank area , tank farm, sulfur recovery tail gas treatment facility renovation, waste acid regeneration, waste liquid incineration, refrigeration station, heat exchange station, loading and unloading station, circulating water station, foam station, torch, cabinet room, control room (reuse of old), power distribution Room, lubrication room (three-stage filtration) and other devices, as well as supporting pipelines, electrical (excluding 110KV total transformer expansion), instrument control, fire protection, water supply and drainage, telecommunications, analytical instruments, HVAC, external pipes and pipe galleries, roads, etc. , including connections to legacy systems and modifications required for connections.
In order to complete the construction of the second phase of the project on schedule with quality and quantity, the company has set up a construction team for the second phase of the project, which consists of 6 professional groups including safety and environmental protection, civil engineering, and technology. As the members of each group, the backbone will do a good job in project construction management such as design, safety, quality, progress and cost control.
