Two projects of Huafon Group were selected into the provincial “pioneer” and “leading geese” plan

Recently, Zhejiang Province announced the list of the first batch of projects for the 2023 “Pioneering Soldier” and “Leading Wild Goose” research and development plan. The “Key Synthetic Technology and Industrialization Project of High Molecular Weight Polypropylene Carbonate” led by Huafon Group Co., Ltd. was selected into the list of provincial “Pioneer” research and development projects. The Key Technology Development and Industrialization Demonstration Application Project of Functional Fibers” was selected into the list of provincial “Leading Goose” research and development projects. The selection of the two projects this time is not only the government’s recognition of Huafon’s independent innovation strength, but also relevant policy support will encourage enterprises to take on the burden of provincial-level key R&D projects, stimulate enterprises to increase investment in innovation, and accelerate enterprises to break through foreign technology blockades and crack “Stuck neck” key technology.

Huafon Group Co., Ltd.’s “High Molecular Weight Polypropylene Carbonate Key Synthesis Technology and Industrialization Project” is a national green and low-carbon technology research project. It is understood that, except for Huafon, there is currently no stable mass-produced carbon dioxide-based high-molecular-weight polypropylene carbonate (PPC) product at home and abroad. Huafon uses carbon dioxide collected in industrial waste gas to react with propylene oxide to prepare carbon dioxide-based high-molecular-weight polypropylene carbonate products. On the one hand, it will break through the traditional carbon dioxide synthesis of polypropylene carbonate with low conversion rate and low selectivity. , Low molecular weight of the product, poor storage stability and other technical defects, on the other hand, it will build an industrialization demonstration line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of carbon dioxide-based high molecular weight polypropylene carbonate. Compared with PBAT, PLA and other technologies, this technology product has the characteristics and advantages of high barrier property, high transparency, high carbon dioxide utilization rate (mass ratio is about 40%), and low cost, which can improve the comprehensive performance of biodegradable materials And reduce production costs, so that it can be widely used in the fields of agricultural film, mulch film, medical, packaging and other film materials, which not only helps to achieve the “double carbon” goal, but also promotes the implementation of the “plastic limit order”.

Huafon Group Co., Ltd.’s “flame-retardant polyamide 66 chip and multifunctional fiber key technology development and industrialization demonstration application project” is a nationally encouraged project. For a long time, China’s high-performance polyamide 66 and its fiber technology have been favored by a few foreign companies Monopoly, the successful research and development of this product can not only break through the technical barriers of the whole industry chain of “adipic acid-adiponitrile-hexamethylenediamine-flame-retardant polyamide 66 slices-multifunctional fiber”, but also make use of polyamide 66 and its fibers Halogen-free flame retardant, anti-melt low, anti-ultraviolet, antibacterial and other technological innovations, meet the needs of functional fiber materials in the fields of national defense, military, transportation, medical and health, and outdoor home textiles, and further enhance our province’s world-class modern spinning industry’s competitive advantage.
