Uflex Limited launched a one-component solvent-free PU adhesive

The newly added products will help Uflex gain a firm foothold in the offset carton industry. The product has a strong demand in the Indian market. This moisture cure adhesive is designed for laminated films of printed and unprinted board or paper with an average coat weight of 3 - 5 GSM (depending on the thickness of the board).

Considering the viscous properties of FLEXBON OC512 at room temperature, it is It is heated at a temperature of -100 degrees Celsius and pumped through a sprayer. This adhesive works well on a solvent-free laminator with smooth rollers. As demand for folding cartons remains strong, this new product from Uflex will greatly benefit the FMCG industry.
