The project includes the production of acetylene from natural gas, the synthesis of acetylene and formaldehyde to 1,4-butanediol (BDO), the production of 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and terephthalic acid (PTA), and the production of biomass from adipic acid (AA). The whole production process of degradable material PBAT. After the completion of the project, it will inject strong momentum into Tiemenguan City to build an important new chemical materials industry base in southern Xinjiang of the Corps. It can achieve annual sales revenue of 3.531 billion yuan, total profits and taxes of 1.741 billion yuan, and create more than 600 new jobs.
It is understood that the THF recycling unit equipment of Xinjiang Shuguang Luhua's annual output of 100,000 tons of BDO and 120,000 tons of PBAT project has been successfully hoisted, achieving the goal of the first batch of "wearing clothes and hats, and lighting up the tower". The equipment hoisted this time There are 3 units, namely THF initial distillation tower, THF rectification tower and THF purification tower.
