Experts fully affirmed that a high-tech company in Haikou has applied for more than 30 patents in the past three years and independently developed professional moisture-proof resin coatings, believing that this technology has filled the gap in the industry market.
In recent years, some functional coatings have flooded the Hainan market. Such as anti-corrosion coatings, conductive coatings, anti-rust coatings, high-temperature-resistant coatings, temperature-indicating coatings, heat-insulating coatings, etc., but there is no moisture-proof resin coating suitable for solving the common building envelope leakage problem. Hainan Sequoia Kechuang Industrial Co., Ltd. independently developed 6 patented technology products, tide shield moisture-proof resin coating, which solved the problem of wall leakage and moisture caused by wall cracking in our province. The product uses natural soybean oil as raw material and is modified by epoxy, which is completely water-based and environmentally friendly. Adopting this maintenance technology can also avoid "bandage buildings" and "patch buildings" that appear everywhere in the city due to maintenance of exterior walls, and maintain a good city appearance. The reporter also learned that the company's self-developed "one roof system" can effectively solve the problem of "hot roofs and house leaks" in Hainan. The system uses two coats of paint to solve the problems of roof waterproofing and heat insulation, which greatly reduces the cost of construction projects and is easy to construct. This technology has applied for a national patent in the United States. Experts have identified that the energy saving rate is 40% lower than that of traditional roofing systems, and its waterproof performance and heat insulation performance are very good, which is very suitable for the application of urbanization construction in our province.
According to reports, the company has applied for more than 30 patents, and many technologies have been included in Haikou's key science and technology plan projects and provincial industry-university-research integration special projects.
