These refrigerated transport vehicles must It has good working performance, so that the storage temperature of the transported items is within the specified temperature range to ensure the quality of the items. Commonly used refrigerated car insulation panels are made of polyurethane composite panels. The polyurethane composite board uses rigid polyurethane foam as the inner core material of the composite board, uses glass fiber reinforced plastics as the surface material of the composite board, and adopts a hot-pressing process in the form of a sandwich to form a composite board with inner and outer interlayers. It has high performance in the field of heat preservation or cold storage of refrigerated vehicles, and is a better choice in practical applications.
Polyurethane foam material applied to the insulation layer of refrigerated vehicles has the following advantages: 1. Excellent insulation performance on polystyrene board. 2. When polyurethane foam material is used to make refrigerated vehicles, on-site spraying technology is adopted, and the seams are seamless, which can form a thermal insulation and waterproof layer. The foam sealing rate is as high as 95%, and it has good waterproof performance. 3. Good bonding performance to ensure the safety of refrigerated vehicles. Fourth, the cost is low, the construction speed is fast, and the use time is long. 5. The preparation process is simple. Not only that, the dual-hardness and multi-hardness foam materials in polyurethane foam materials can improve the safety performance of refrigerated car seats. With the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards, consumption structure and quality of life,2017-2021The annual cold storage capacity in China increased from 36.09 million tons to 52.24 million tons, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.7%. At the same time, the scale of the domestic fresh food e-commerce market is also rising. In 2021, the market size of my country’s fresh food e-commerce industry will reach 465.81 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.9%. The cold chain logistics market will be about 418.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.2 %, refrigerated truck sales increased from 22,406 in 2016 to 79,895 in 2021.

2021At the end of the year, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “14th Five-Year” Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan, pointing out that it is necessary to speed up the elimination of high-emission refrigerated vehicles and encourage the adoption of new or updated refrigerated vehicles New energy vehicles. In the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for Carbon Peaking Before 2030” issued by the State Council, it is specifically mentioned to build a green and efficient transportation system. Accelerate the construction of urban and rural logistics distribution systems, innovate green, low-carbon, intensive and efficient distribution models, and all provinces and municipalities have actively responded to the policy. So far, many provinces across the country have issued implementation plans for the development of cold chain logistics to support the upgrading of cold chain transportation facilities and equipment. Accelerate the elimination of high-emission refrigerated vehicles, and vigorously promote the application of new energy refrigerated vehicles in combination with the urban green freight distribution demonstration project.

Under the dual influence of national policies and demand, in 2022, the sales of new energy refrigerated vehicles in my country will be booming. From January to October, my country’s A total of 1,905 new energy refrigerated vehicles were sold, an increase of 48.1% compared to 2021 (1,286). Except for January and October, where sales fell year-on-year, sales in other months showed a year-on-year increase, and July was the highest sales peak, accounting for 18% of the total sales in the first 10 months of 2022. It can be seen that the sales of new energy refrigerated vehicles are greatly affected by the season. In summer, due to the rising demand for refrigeration, the number of new or replaced new energy refrigerated vehicles increases. Looking at the sales data for 2021 and 2022 as a whole, the sales of new energy refrigerated vehicles fluctuate greatly. Previously, Tram Resources had estimated that the sales volume of new energy refrigerated vehicles in the future is expected to exceed 5,000 in 2022. Judging from this situation, there is still a long way to go for new energy refrigerated vehicles in the future.
As the epidemic is fully released, people’s consumption needs are released and continuously upgraded. The continuous development of the industry is increasing, which has caused the gradual expansion of the polyurethane equipment market. From the perspective of policy and market direction, new energy refrigerated vehicles will be a blue ocean market. Under the multiple conditions of increasing demand for refrigeration, government policy support, and the wave of electrification and intelligence in the overall automobile industry, new energy refrigerated vehicles are expected to usher in development opportunities. Its rapid development will increase the demand for polyurethane insulation materials and promote the development of the polyurethane industry.
